For marina groups

One build. Every property. Every acquisition.

Many of the groups we reviewed are acquiring, some adding several marinas a year. Each new property arrives with its own website, its own forms, and its own way of handling a slip request. The tool layer turns that into a checklist item.

From our November 2026 review of 35 marina groups and 384 marina records.

What a portfolio looks like from the outside.

  1. A separate domain for every marina, each with its own forms, its own phone number format, and its own way of asking about a slip.

  2. A shared template across properties, with a different booking flow behind each one.

  3. A slip map and a waitlist on one property, and inquiry forms on all the others.

  4. Three different form tools in use across the same group.

  5. A locations page that renders empty, so the group’s own scale never shows.

Cross-marina routing

A boater who cannot get a slip at one marina does not leave the group.

A boater who cannot get a 40-foot covered slip at the marina they wanted does not leave the group. The slip finder shows the two sister marinas on the same lake with space, and the waitlist lets them hold a place at one while they take a slip at another.

  1. Tern Hollow

    40 ft covered: full, waitlist

  2. Wexley Landing

    Smaller slips, rentals

  3. Juniper Narrows

    40 ft uncovered: 6 open

Acquisition integration

A new marina stops being a new website project.

  1. Announcement

The acquisition closes. The marina keeps its name, its colors, and its site.

  2. Brand kept, tools added

The tool layer is set up under the marina’s own brand. Nothing about the property’s identity changes.

  3. Rate card and inventory loaded

Its rates, slip classes, and current waitlist go into the group admin.

  4. Tools live on the acquired site

The slip finder, waitlist, and cost calculator embed in the site it already has.

  5. Requests routed to the group’s system

Every request reaches the group’s booking system or inbox with the boat attached.

  6. In the Portfolio Demand View

The property’s inventory and demand appear next to every other marina in the group.

Portfolio Demand View

Demand by boat size, across every property.

The same data the boater tools capture, seen from the office: open slips, waitlist depth, and the slip classes where demand outruns inventory, with a routing or expansion suggestion for each.

For investor-backed groups

Build once, deploy to every acquisition, and produce demand data by boat size and marina that supports pricing and expansion decisions.
