How it works
A tool layer, not a replacement.
Most marinas we reviewed already have a website, a booking or management system, and often an agency that built the site. The tool layer is designed to sit next to all three.
The usual objections
Three things operators already have, answered.
-
We already have a website.
Good. The tools embed as a small script and a container, or as native components if we build the site. WordPress, Divi, Wix, Framer, Squarespace, and custom builds are all fine.
-
We already use Dockwa, Molo, or DockMaster.
The tools do the discovery, qualification, and waitlist part, then hand a structured request with the boat’s dimensions to your system or your inbox. They do not replace reservations, contracts, or billing.
-
We already have an agency.
They keep the site. We supply the tools and the rate card admin, and your agency keeps doing the work you hired them for.
What a request looks like
The boat’s dimensions arrive with the request.
The tools ask the dockmaster’s first questions for you: the boat, the slip, the term, the start month, and what the boater would accept instead. Your booking system or your inbox gets a request your staff can act on without a call back.
Reservations, contracts, and billing stay where they are. The tools do the finding, the qualifying, and the waitlist, then hand off.

Rollout across a group
Built once, then each marina is a setup step.
-
First marina
We load its rate card and slip inventory, set where requests should go, and put the tools live on its existing site, under its own name and colors.
-
Each additional marina
Its rate card, its inventory, its brand colors, the same tools. Nothing is rebuilt; the group admin gains a property.
-
New acquisition
Added to the group admin and live on its site without starting a new website project. Requests route to the group’s system from the first one.
What we need from you
Five things, most of which you already have in a drawer.
- Your rate card, as a PDF or a spreadsheet: whatever you hand boaters today.
- Slip inventory by class: length, beam and draft limits, covered, lift, and how many of each.
- Which systems you run: booking or management software, CMS, CRM, and who built the site.
- Who updates lake and ramp status, and whether a public gauge exists for your lake.
- Where requests should go: a booking system inbox, an office email, a CRM, or all three.
